THERMAL MAPPING

Qualification of Thermal Systems; Fridges, Freezers and Incubators

Thermal systems that are impact assessed as direct impact require qualification to demonstrate compliance with product / process CPP’s to ensure the product QCA’s. This can be a lot of work! 100’s of fridges, freezers, incubators, cold stores, warehouses etc requiring temperature, humidity, CO2 and Nqualification. We have recently invested in the engineers and equipment to deliver this qualification as efficiently as possible but also get involved in risk assessments to scope the qualification and look at data leveraging to support the qualification.

All equipment used for qualification activities has been qualified through MTL Projects validation systems from initial system impact assessment through to the procedures, training and overall qualification of the equipment. Equipment is qualified, calibrated with UKAS traceability and data compliant to 21cfr part 11.

MTL Projects calibration and traceability systems ensure maximum confidence in data accuracy and traceability by implementing frequent accuracy verifications in addition to the annual UKAS traceable calibration.

Mark Thompson started his engineering career as an instrumentation and Control Systems Project Engineer; this measurement systems experience is applied to the MTL Projects systems, training and traceability to ensure maximum confidence and compliance for the data and reports generated.

Withnell Sensors, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of thermal monitoring equipment and calibration expertise, supply, service and calibrate all equipment supplying traceable UKAS Certification.  MTL Projects logs equipment use to sites/projects as well as ensuring frequent verification of accuracy therefore maximum confidence in data accuracy and traceability is delivered.
